Picasshome Painting serves every Vancouver neighbourhood from our shop at 3043 Kitchener Street in East Vancouver. Five to twenty minutes drive to any zone on the map. No travel fees inside the City of Vancouver, North Shore, Burnaby, Richmond, or New Westminster. Drive time matters when you are choosing a painter for a 5-day job – we are close enough to drop off a forgotten brush mid-day, close enough to swing through for a touch-up the week after, close enough that an emergency leak repair gets a same-day site visit.

Each Vancouver neighbourhood has its own paint problem. Downtown is glass tower curtain walls and concrete bulkheads – condo unit interiors only, with concierge access and elevator scheduling. The West End is 1920s heritage walk-ups and the Yaletown loft conversions. East Vancouver is mostly 1920-1950 character homes with plaster walls, lath substrate, lead-based paint pre-1978, and the occasional 1960s rancher. North Vancouver gets 1,800mm of rain a year so exterior coatings have to be Element Guard-grade or they fail in 3 winters. West Vancouver is luxury exterior repaints on cedar shake homes facing salt air.

Our process is the same across the city: site visit and free written quote within 48 hours, deposit and start date confirmed, day 1 prep with full drop-cloth and tape protection, day 2-5 primer and two-coat finish, walk-through with photos, 5-year written warranty on labour and product.
