Painters Fairview Vancouver – Professional Painting Services

A condo owner on Broadway near Cambie called us last fall. 700 sq ft unit in the Colours building, early 2000s construction. Wanted to update before moving to a bigger place.

Three painters quoted $4,500-5,200. Seemed high for a small one-bedroom.

We did it for $3,400. Three days. Modern grays and whites. She got her damage deposit back and then some when she moved out.

Fairview’s interesting that way. Heritage homes on quiet streets south of Broadway. Condo towers along the Broadway-Cambie corridor. Older low-rises mixed throughout. From VGH to the Olympic Village edge, it’s all Fairview and we’ve painted throughout it for years. Colours building, Residences on Georgia, character homes on 12th and 13th Avenues, Cambie Village bungalows, buildings near VGH. We know the mix. We also work regularly in nearby Mount Pleasant and Kitsilano on the same route west.
